Refund Policy and Health Guarantee
Michigan House of Paws has a 7-day health guarantee on all small animals. The catch, however, is that the animal cannot be returned if sick or dead. As long as the animal has some obvious illness along with appropriate vet documentation that's covered in the health guarantee, Michigan House of Paws will find a way to reimburse you whether through store credit, a new pet, or money.
3-day deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
If a customer pays in full via our website or in-store and can no longer retrieve their selected fur baby, we will issue a refund minus the $300 housing fee.

Remember stress brings on illness! This puppy is like a little baby, just building his or her immune systems! Pamper and monitor your puppy each and every day! Watch for any signs of illness such as: NOT eating, laziness, coughing, diarrhea, vomiting or nasal discharge. It is very important that all of our puppies are kept on the same food which is Nutro Puppy Hard Food & Fresh Pet when taken by “purchaser”. We also recommend that the puppy is given Nutri-Cal & 3-4 teaspoons of Yoplait Strawberry , Blueberry or Vanilla yogurt once or twice a day for the first week or two. Not only does the yogurt taste good and give them extra nutrition, the good bacteria it contains can help prevent problems and sometimes even cure or prevent bacterial infections that can arise from the stress of going to a new home.
-
We recommend and encourage all companion pets to be spayed or neutered as soon as possible. Due to us not being the breeder we do not guarantee weight, color, and temperament on our puppies or testicles on male. We give an estimation of the puppies weight referring to a puppy chart and bone structure, puppy's adult weight is just an estimation and there is no guarantee of what adult size of puppy will be. We do NOT DNA test our puppies so we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of each breed. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY CALLING (888)952-1497, WE ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 AT THAT NUMBER AND WILL ASSIST YOU.
